Job Title: Internet Lead Sales Agent (P&C Insurance)

Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

License Requirement: Active California P&C Insurance License

The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional with a proven track record in internet lead sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We will provide you with high-quality auto and home insurance leads across Arizona, California, and Oregon.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound internet leads, converting them into new business opportunities.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility.

• Maintain a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting sales goals.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, including obtaining any required insurance licenses for Arizona or Oregon.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Qualifications:

• MUST have previous experience in internet lead sales within the insurance industry.

• Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.

 

Job Type:

• Full-time

 

Salary:

• $40,560 to $99,200 per year (Base salary + Commission + Bonus)

 

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift

 

Work Environment:

• In-person, office setting
